Emmanuel Staff
The staff are managed on a day to day basis by the Supervisor or, in her absence, the Assistant Supervisor. All staff are ultimately accountable to the Pre-School Committee. They are responsible for appointing staff and set the terms and conditions under which staff are employed.
Staff are actively encouraged to learn new skills and attend training courses as appropriate. An annual staff appraisal is carried out and individual targets are set for the forthcoming year.
Planning meetings are held by the staff 12 times a year. The long term plan is set at the start of the school year. Further meetings are undertaken to discuss the short term plan and ensure they are in accordance with the overall annual plan.
