Holidays & Absences

Fees must be paid for all holidays and absences due to sickness during term time.

Please contact the Pre-School on the first morning of any absence due to sickness on 07766 630334 between 8:30 am and 9:00 am.

Contagious diseases must be reported to Pre-School. In cases of diorrhoea and/or vomiting, the child should not return to Pre-School until the condition has settled.

Fees

Fees are payable in advance on a daily, weekly, monthly, half-termly or termly basis.

You will receive an individual payment card, it would be helpful if you could bring it with you whenever you make a payment.

Standard Fee: £9.00 per session

The term dates for 2011 / 2012 are:

Autumn Term

Monday, 5th September 2011 - Friday, 16th December 2011
Half term closure:
Monday, 24th October 2011 - Friday, 28th October 2011

Spring Term

Monday, 9th January 2012 - Friday, 30th March 2012
Half term closure:
Monday, 13th February 2012 - Friday, 17th February 2012

Summer Term

Monday, 16th April 2012 - Friday, 20th July 2012
Half term closure:
Monday, 4th June 2012 - Friday, 8th June 2012

May Bank Holiday - 7th May 2012
Spring Bank Holiday - 28th May 2012



Eligibility for ESCC Nursery Education Grant Funding

A child born between: Eligible from:
1st April &
31st August		 The start of the autumn term following their 3rd birthday until statutory school age
1st Spetember &
31st December		 The start of the spring term following their 3rd birthday until statutory school age
1st January &
31st March		 The start of the summer term following their 3rd birthday until statutory school age

Your child is entitled to 55 free 2.5 hours sessions during each term.

Any sessions that are not covered by the vouchers will be charged at the Standard Fee rate (currently £9.00 per session)

if your child attends either 2,3 or 4 sessions a week most your sessions will be covered by vouchers with a £1.50 charge for the 30 mins not covered by the vouchers.

If your child uses the vouchers at another pre-school/nursery, only a total of 55 vouchers can be claimed each term between both settings.
